Would like to know who's number this belong's to. Was told it belong to Nicolas Allen and he was stuck in Nigeria. Want to know if this is a scam.

If you know Nicolas Allen you can call him or call someone who knows him and knows where he is.  You'll probably find he's home, safe and sound.
