This number calls repeatedly throughout the day as early as 8:30 AM and as late as 10:45 PM.
No answer if I pick up and say nothing. After a couple of seconds I hang up. The call is from Hawaii and I am in the Chicago area so at least I figure they must pay if I pick-up. If I don't my phone goes to message and even if they say nothing I get a beep every 30 seconds telling me I have a message. I figure it's less inconvenient if I just "pick-up" and "hang-up".
