4000 implies that the call was placed within a PBX system

The guy was looking for Shirley and said he thought he had the wrong number. I believed him. No sinister telemarketers here.

Got a missed call from this number, no voice mail.  I just purchased an iPhone and am not used to the settings so it didn't ring. I live in Honolulu so I was not "surprised" about getting a call from someone I don't know here in town.  I searched the internet and pulled up this posting.  I am receiving other calls from a debt collector for this TN so I thought just maybe it might be a debt collector.  who knows.

Same thing I keep getting call from 808-449-400 and no one left any voicemail.
