Got a call today from 808.560.1201 stating that my computer has been hacked. The foreign rep claimed his name was Jeff. He asked if I had access to my computer so he could walk me thru on how to remove the virus. I told him I wasnt able to access my computer at the time and requested a call back number (so that I can do some research). "Jeff" stated the callback number 302.449.6552 I am glad I lookup the number before giving this "Jeff" person access to my computer.
Got the same deal about hacker getting into my computer. I told him that was impossible, I don't have an internet connection on my personal computer. Weird scam. This is the second call in 2 days.
Just received a call at my work number telling me my family has been hacked but not to worry she could help me. When I asked her how she received reports of my hacking she just reiterated that I was not to worry because she could help me. I told her there is no way she received reports because I didn't have internet access upon which she promptly hung up.
