Who called from 8086338149

Here is the message:

It is a scam text claiming to be Central Pacific Bank stating that your debit card had been locked.

Got a call from 808-633-8149, says my card was locked. Apprently this is a fraud!

got a phone call about the same about 6 hrs prior but call number unknown.

Received this totally bogus text message today: Message id:UCGG / C3ntr@l-P@CiFiC GPXG notice 313742.Please call [808]633-8149;  Googled it and found this website. Just another low class urban legend, delete it, do not call.
