automated call stating that they have been trying to contact me (lies) and that I will miss the chance to lower my credit card rate.... They should be banned! SCAM
Robocall. "This is an important message about your credit card account. We've made several attempts to reach you..." At that point, I hung up. The call appeared to originate from my area code.
