Unknown number, didn't leave a message. I called it back and it didn't ring, but an automated message responded. It was a woman with a thick accent saying, "hello, you have reached Medical _________. If you have received a call from this number, it was due to a visit to the emergency room at the local hospital. Please disregard the call. Thank you." I was in the ER about 3 months ago and I have gotten survey calls from that hospital before. I think it was legitimate.
