Who called from 8088002187

Just called for the sixth? or so time in a few weeks. Have never answered but today did, and said one line, "what do you want?" and there was nothing but one beep and call ended.

Is this someone building a voice recognition database??

I have been getting calls from this number for months.  I dont dare answer it.

Called my cell. Fortunately I was busy and checked here before returning the call.  I'll block it.
