I stopped giving after getting 3 calls from them, 3 consecutive days in a row.  I know how much they need support, but when you don't feel well and tell them you cannot give then because of possible illness, they shouldn't keep calling.  Needless to say, they've stopped calling after I chewed them out about it.  FYI, This happened several years ago and I'm type AB+.
