Incoming call from 808-954-2388; caller left no message.  Returned call to 808-954-2388 results in multiple rings then recorded message that the number dialed is incorrect and to check the number and try again, with then some foreign language (perhaps stating the same information) ; at which point the whole process repeats itself with the multiple rings.
