This phone number is owned by Peerless Networks.  I have asked that they just remove the ability for their customers to call my number at all.  If you have never never heard of Peerless Networks, join the club.  The way I see it, since they are not a major carrier, I will be very few if any at all legitimate calls.  Friends and family won't be using Peerless Networks and major companies won't either.  So I'll take the risk of at most missing a few calls rather than getting calls from scum services by Peerless Networks.

Using their reporting mechanism results in no response.  So, I have two email addresses that all complaints should be sent to.  The first is the CEO and the second email address is Executive Vice President of Operations.  This company makes money by selling their services to illegal telemarketers.  So rather than out complaints falling on deaf ears, make this company hear about it.  Let them deal with the activities of the companies they are selling service too.

Called cell phone, left no message.  No name on caller ID, so it was probably a scam / telemarketer call.
