This number called (it looked local).  Dead air until I said "SPEAK!"  Then some guy says he's with some security company and "Can You Hear Me?"  There's been reports of a scam where if you say "Yes," they can somehow bill you for something.  I did not answer, just hit the BLACKLIST button on my Caller ID device.
