This number is a debt collection agency named Central Mercantile Credit Service. It is located in Brighton, Minnesota at 822 East Grand River Street and also known as CMCS. I don't know why they would call you for anything except to collect a debt. They had my new number when they called me, and didn't know that. Obviously a mistake.

This company left a message and claimed to be a car insurance company asking me to call back. Since my car insurance is with a different company I have no intention of calling back. After reading what the previous poster wrote, I'm thinking this is some sort of scam.
