Who called from 8102352258

Caller I D said public safety 123. I did not answer and no message was left. Most likely a scam.

This 'caller' leaves no message.  It has called many times per year over that past few years

I "picked up" the receiver but didn't "answer" . . . a male-sounding voice was already "laughing" but stopped when I picked up.  Nothing more was said (from EITHER SIDE) and I eventually hung up after about 20 seconds

The caller id said publicsafety123 so I figured I'd answer age asked for my dad told him he wasn't here and asked who was calling then asked for my mom told him she wasn't here asked who was calling and he gave his name and said he was with the deputy sheriffs office!!!
