Just hung up, didn't say anything on voice mail but before the caller hung up I could hear background noise that sounded like they were calling from a call center.
I don't answer calls from area codes I don't recognize on my cellphone. Today was the second time in 24 hours that this number popped up. Now blocked for the next time.
