Who called from 8103570116

Unknown caller, rang 3 times and then hung up.

Came through as a Flint, MI number. I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.

Called last night and I inadvertantly answered and 2 people were talking and then some woman said her name and said something about them doing work in my area at which point I hung up on her and added the number to my blocked caller list.

Lady asking if I needed any Home Improvements...  Gutters, windows, etc.  Did not identify company.
