SCAM/Hoax: Caller says they are Bryon Peterson Beacon calling from the Federal Reserve Bank in Michigan and I needed to Pay $2500 registration fee to my State IRS in order for me to Receive the 5 1/2 million dollars I won from American Winners Circle. I supposedly earned entries by shopping at several different places., in which I never shopped at those places online. I called my local Federal Reserve Bank branch in my state and asked them, and they said it is a Scam and they have received several other reports of it too. They said they will Only notify You by direct mail and through your own Bank.
