The caller did not leave a message.  I called back and got a recording.  It's a fund raising company used by several charities.  The recording explains that even though you might be on the "do not call registry" you are not exempt from charity organizations trying to raise money and they promise to call back later.

Called at 10:14 am.  No message.

When answer, it hangs up if I say hello.  If I say nothing it is silent.
