I received today three calls in a row from this number. I did not answer any and they did not leave any message. I suspect this might be CareerAdvisor or an entity like that, who begins the call by mentioning job opportunities and then switches to continue studies, I currently am looking for a new job and this annoying situation happens when applying online (and as far as I know, it is illegal to collect personal information for different purposes other than the real one, it is, job applying).
I am sick and tired of this number and the other multitude of calls that are coming in on my phone and I am tired of it and this needs to stop. I mean really stop.
Received a call today at 9:12 AM. A woman's voice asked "is this Mr. ____ (my correct last name)?" I said, "Yes' and
she responded with, "This is (couldn't understand next word(s)), calling on a recorded line..." at which point, I hung up. I then used *69 to obtain the phone number and exact time of the call.
