Caller ID states "Algonac, MI" and 810-580-6105. Of course, call comes in right at dinner time. This is the text of the call: MALE CALLER: Is Joe Buckskin there? ME: This is him. MALE CALLER: I was calling about the warranty on your 2010 Chevy pickup. ME: I no longer have that vehicle. MALE CALLER: I need to speak to Joe Buckskin. ME: This is him. MALE CALLER: We are calling to see if you are interested in extending the vehicle warranty on your 2010 Chevy pickup. ME: Like I said before, we no longer own that vehicle. MALE CALLER: Do you want to extend the warranty? Now that I see this heading towards the "who's on first" routine, I had to hang up. Not sure I would extend a warranty for something I own, let alone something I DON'T own. Obviously this guy has a promising career in the fast-food industry.
Said they were the vehicle processing department ... not sure how they got my number, asked me how many miles were on my [2010 car], asked if I have any leaking fluids, then asked if I still lived in a city I have not lived yet... then they hung up immediately. Very weird.
