robo call about helping business with credit card debt. called on my cell and i had to pay for the minutes.

Called and left no message.  Blocked caller from any future contact

These scumbags keep calling from out of nowhere.  AND WE PAY!   ADVICE FROM AT&T: Don't answer any caller not on your contact list.  If a legitimate caller a message will be left which you can decide to respond or not.  Sort of destroys the reason for purchasing a $400 phone to have the convenience of communicating.  Now we must protect ourselves though!
