Sounds like SCAMMERS to me as they never have the gonads, much less common courtesy< to ever leave a message. SCAMMERS. Do NOT pick up, answer, or return calls to any number you did not call yourself or recognize. If you do, you will only be confirming a valid number and a possible time to call to get someone (you) to answer; both of which are valuable info for these SCAMMERS to use themselves or sell to other SCAMMERS out there just waiting to prey on you.
