I got the message and someone came on the phone explaining to me I have felony warrants for my arrest and I needed to provide my last 4 of my social and my card # to take care of it. SCAM!

I think it is. I called back twice because they called after the first message and said the exact same message, and the second time I told them this sounds like a bs scam so if it is real they should have my name and address on file so they can send me a letter by mail. I also said if they contact me again by phone I'd report them to the FTC
