As soon as phone was answered a recorded female voice started talking about credit card interest rates and how they had been watching my credit and I qualified. She even said congratulations. Just push one to talk to someone. I did not say anything or push any buttons. Finally a voice said "good bye" and hung up.  Call blocked.
