A lady telling me that she would be filing a legal claim against me because $300 in medical hasnt been paid and it was turned over to collections to no avail. She didnt tell me who she was with, nor did i ask... its been 2.5 yrs, Its not getting paid.
I just received a phone call with a woman calling me saying I owed 567.00 on a medical bill. Asked for my social security #, I obviously said I don't think so, then asked for my sons social, not happening. She did say my sons name gave me dates and I said I would get back with her. She then said I will put down you refused to pay and hung up on me. I called the insurance company to make sure I hadn't made a mistake and missed a bill. Now mind you these so called bills were from 2009 and 2011. Guess what, my kid wasn't ever in the ER for those dates are even near those dates. I gave the insurance company their number and they got crappy with the insurance company and refused to send us a bill. I called the actual company they were saying I owed and they verified they don't use this anyone out of Rising Sun to collect their bills and I did right by calling them and they also had no bills for my son either. The debt collector didn't give me a Company name.
They have called me several times. All times I have declined to answer and they do not leave a voicemail. I have blocked them as of today because they called me twice in 2 minutes.
