Who called from 8123736009

I got a call from this number just before 10:00 am.  I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer the call.  My phone indicated I had a voicemail but when I listened to it, there was dead air before the caller hung up.  I am on the Indiana do not call list,  it it obviously didn't matter in this case.

I have determined that Ray Skillman sold my info and that this is how my number got out

I think they did me too
