Called today at 2:23 Pacific Time.  Voicemail picked it up and it sounded like it was a call center.  They did not leave any message, just noise.  If you have an android phone just click and hold on their number in your call logs and choose "Add to reject list" and it won't ever ring through again, it will go straight to voicemail.
