I have gotten 2 calls from this number in 2 weeks. Both said that the call came from Evansville, IN. The 1st went unanswered with no voice mail left. I answered the 2nd and there was noise in the background but no one responded to me. A search says it is Vectren Energy - and I am a customer of theirs. I called their customer service center and they have no idea why I would have been called!

I called Vectren back at this number and they said it was a call to change the budget billing on my account. No reason given for why they didn't respond when I answered though!
