Who called from 8124701328

No one answers

I have gotten 3 and 4 calls per day, several weeks in a row.  I never answer for numbers I don't know, and whoever this is never leaves a message.

cell phone number so I answered and was greeted with:  Hello Art, This is Chris with the Police Benevolent League .... I interrupted him and told Chris that I was on the no call list and that I would now report his number and not to call back.

they dont leave message, just keep calling.  when I call back it goes to voicemail with no message or anything

I get this call repeatly and wish to have this number removed.
