This is a Paypal scammer and wants to purchase your item via Paypal payment only and says he's buying it for his son overseas. He or she responds to sales ads through Kijiji and other free ads for sale websites. They will only text and will not email you. I had requested payment only via Western Union with a legitimate MTCN number or email money transfer, obviously he didn't respond after my request!
