My elderly mom got this call too. Apparently they think that a recorded American female voice makes it real, since we've all been warned about the Nigerian voices! And I love that the Department we are to call immediately is a cell phone! Too bad our new VP didn't do anything about these types of scumbags when he was governor of IN!
