Who called from 8127304085

Rang twice and hung up.  Unless one has the phone at their side.....it could not be answered.  What's the point?  Said Indiana call.

Msg said they wanted  to reduce rate on credit card however I never hear name of CC  and  upon  tryingto return all and o look up online  i  have nothing  new and the phone number  does not  respond.
