Needless to say, I don't think much of being awakened by these shysters.  Googling the name comes up with a Patrolmensfcu.org.  That site is the Chicago Police Dept credit union. (Calling from an Indiana phone number) Another patrolmens option is the New York City PD.  What a group to spoof!   :)  Don't know whether that's them, but I clearly don't need someone in Indiana calling me for nefarious purposes.  Blocking!
