Credit card interest lowering call. I asked that my name be removed. They immediately hung up. I have already done this several times before and they always hang up immediately. Is there a way to stop this harassment?
Automated dialer with automated voice suggesting that this is your last chance to lower your interest rates on your credit cards - to speak with a customer service representative, press 9 - so I did. Usually (they've called our office often), it goes to a call center where someone immediately hangs up on me. Only once have I ever spoke with a live human being: before he could get his bearings I asked him who he represented. He replied "Card Services with Visa & MasterCard." I asked him his name and he hung up. I have had absolutely no luck tracking this number to get a company name, and when the phone number is called, it is reported as being disconnected.
