I also got a call this morning from that same exact number @ 4:36am. Out of curiousity I called back. A man answered, and after saying that I missed a call he said he was calling from the uk and then proceeded to congratulate me for winning some 300,000 streling pounds. He asked if I would come to the UK to collect and if not, then they would have to ship via ups or fedex...and that would cost me some 300#. So I should send that money before they send the chq/cash..etc. He also said that he contacted only 4 BMOBILE numbers at random as this (lottery) was a random selection of people who have bmobile phones.
Anyway, that is what he said! The truth is upon doing my investigation, the number stems from NIGERIA!!! This is not my first call from Nigeria. I got calls on my digicel phone from Nigeria also, a while aback. I had an associate who had his email hacked from someone in Nigeria. (that was discovered by the TT Software Intelligence Unit - A division of the Ministry of National Security) . It is acknowledged that Nigeria is a very corrupt place and thus many of these situations occur. We are not the only victims.
In conclusion, I believe I have enough evidence to suggest that this is no short of a ploy to get unaware persons to send money abroad, etc. I would advise that you do not entertain such calls. Next time you get a call from any unusal foreign number. Research it online so that you will have a good idea of how to proceed!
