Who called from 8132003456

Scam call, lots of background noise, voice sounded foreign, told them to put me on their do not call list.

Several calls from this number this week. Reported to State AT Office.

My wife got a call from 1-813-200-3456. Indian, would not remove her name from the calling list. She hung up. They called and called back.

Called on two different cell numbers about on hour apart.

I keep getting calls from this number.  When I answer they do not say anything & hang up.  If I call back it tells me this number is not in use.
