Just receive a call from this phone # and they hung up withour saying anything

Just got a call from this number and screened the call.  The person on the other end asked for my husband by his first name and said, "can you hear me?"  Then hung up!

Somebody just call me from that same number with a very heavy Indian accent. I told him that I didn't understand a word and hang up on me.
