History on 800notes.  Extensive complaints about this group.  Basically skip-tracers.  May serve process as well.  Use deceptive processes to get information.  Make up documents and parties to be served in an attempt to get addresses.    So far as I can see they do not engage in debt collection.    Calling up about and claiming documents concerning deceased relatives is a common trick of their skip-tracers.  All seems unethical.  Ignore and block any calls from this group. If they have documents to serve, tell them to serve them, if they are licensed to do so in your locality.  This "David Luna" persona appears on other numbers representing Provest.
