I gat a call from the same company and by reading all comments here i see there is many people that are trying all they can to avoid there bills , if you do the right thing any collection agency will work with you , believe me they will ! cause they work with me, just ask for a good payment arregment this will give you the time to pay all you're bills
I gat a call from MIG Capital and just for the Mini MIranda you auto know its a Collection agency i give him attorney tel number and bankruptcy case # i call my attorney to see if they call and yes they where very nice about it.
The law said if you are in status of limitation under written credit contract such as car loans, morgage or so forth the creditor retain the right to decide which state to sue. If a creditor has the inttention to sue you they will. Call the collection agency and try to see what its the best arregment they can offer you before its to late.
Dear 'attorney',(it is very obvious that you are NOT), you are full of $#@%%^$. What the heck is "status of limitation"? You may mean Statute of Limitations. You might want to learn how to spell this and also exactly what it means since you are an 'ATTORNEY'. You might also want to learn how to spell other words also --at least the easy ones. One would think that after 8 years of Higher Education to become an 'ATTORNEY', a person would know when to use: to,too or two.
Attorney is a troll for MIG. Do not talk to any collection agency on the telephone--that will just cause trouble. They can't do anything to you because they buy uncollectable debt. They will not sue you, they just try to scare you. Record their calls and you can sue them!!! MIG is a little bitty hole in the wall place --only two or three people work there--revenue is below 200,000 per year.
