They say its a tax fraud hotline?

Not likely.  Whitepages has comments saying it's another IRS fraud call.

Not shown - Claims they are with treasury department and that the IRS has a legal action against me. I let this go to voicemail since the name was blocked. I did not call back since I know that any notifications of this sort arrive via certified mail.

This is a tax fraud scammer

Says they are with IRS. Call this number back as soon as possible. I called the the number listed on the IRS website and no action is pending against me.

Claims they are with treasury department and that the IRS has a legal action against me. I let this go to voicemail since the name was blocked. I did not call back since I know that any notifications of this sort arrive via certified mail. Spoke with an Middle eastern accent. When I told him I was recording the call to play to the Sheriffs Dept. He cursed me and hung up.

Regarding Treasury Department going to prosecute me for tax fraud!

Similar call about tax problem and said they were the treasury department.  When I said I was not going to give any personal information, they hung up.
