I too have been recieving very threatening calls from this number. Several from a "Jessica Parker" and the rest from her "Legal Department Supervisor". They are claiming to be a collection agency / attorney's office collecting on behalf of a Pay Day Loan company. They had all of my personal data including name, DOB, Social, Account # Routing Number and all contact phone numbers. I contacted the company they claimed to be retained by and the company did a conference call with these people who spoke with very thick Indian (from India) accents. The company they claimed to be retained by said categorically, that these people were NOT associated with them and recommended that I close my banking accounts/ contact social security,file a police report and proced to handle this as identity theft. The fraudulent company claimed to be ACS (American Credit Services) they claimed to be based out of Birmingham Michigan and gave an address of 144 W. Maple St Suite 100, Birmingham, MI. 48009-3322. I have googled this agency and there are PAGES of fraud and harassment reports! Beware! I have also reported this to the BBB and there are multiple complaints under this company name with multiple phone numbers and addresses associated.

Me too Got a phone call from this number they call me at work 3 to 4 times harrassed gain on June 4,& 5,2009. They are claiming to be a collection agency/attorney's office collection on behalf of a Pay Day Loan company or ACS company,but person states name is Robin Jack and Patrick Williams Jackson. They had all of my personal data DOB,Social. Robin Jackson (who has a very thick Asian accent)Robin Jackson called on June 4,2009 ask me do i have attorney,he say I owe them money than I told him send me bill or document he say no,so I told him you are scammster and also told him your name and phone number been report to the police.
I also got a message from this company.They stated that they were a lawyer office and was going to have me arrested for not paying back a Paydayloan from 2 years ago.When I asked him for his bar number he became very angry.I called telephone information in California were they claim they are from and there was no listng of a ACS in CA.I believe these people are scams.I have never heard lawyers talk like these group of people.Please don't send any money to these people.Then a women named Jessica called and she couldn't even get her words out correctly.Does anyone know who these people are?Where are they really from? They all have accents.
I received a message regarding someone I know and claims of fraudulent activities and identify of fraud. When I called the number, Jack Wilson answered the phone and has a thick accent. It was hard to understand this person. I began asking questions about his company and he told me the case had been resolved. This is all he gave me: ACS based in Michigan. Supposedly working with Data Proctection. He said the headquarter is in Michigan but would not give me an address.
