"John Peters" called my line and stated he was going on record as needing to "make an important decision today regardless of whether or not her spoke with me."
He did not know jack about me but he knew what bank I bank at!!! That is what is scaring me!!!!
tell me about talk about the rudest people ever!! i have never owed anything in my life and have perfect credit, now they say i owe money for an old apartment with no notice! they are so rude they hung up on me cause i wouldn't give them my credit card number on the phone! like i would ever do that to someone i dont know!!! are they still calling you and harassing you?
I continue to get a call from these relentless, rude, uncaring, nasty, inhuman people. They call ask all kinds of personal questions and when I don’t give them the answers they want they talk down to me and hang up when I try to voice my reasons. Every call I have gotten from them they have hung up on me, but before they do they tell me that I am refusing to pay a debt and they are going to report me to the Credit Bureau Agency. They have also threatened my employment. I would prefer they never call me at all. Please put a stop to the harassing calls, they are so unkind that it makes me want to harm myself. I'm so done with this.
Rude debt collectors. Sela Cruz was the person that; when you call back the company isn't identified; for all we know someone could have brought debt and is making money which will probably never be credited to the creditor owed. Do not acknowledge any alleged debt to these people. They call as if you're on first name bases with them.
