Blue cross blue shield of florida in tampa, just following up to health inquiries

Very aggravating call to my cell.  Rings 3 times, hangs up, leaves no message.  5 times in 2 days.

Has been calling twice a week for almost a year, I have asked them to stop but they still call.

I did answer a call but nobody at the other side
