Who called from 8133032704

This person is Arabian and he will call from the same number over and over and when i could not get it, the message left was a recording that said " to leave a message press one to leave a fax press two or just begin faxing and then it hangs up. I thought this was wierd so i answered it the next time and he was saying that he was with aa goverment Agency and that since the cost of living was up in the state of Texas then the goverment was going to give me a grant of $4,500.00 it would not be taxed and i would not have to pay it back all i would have to do is send him $356.00 or somewhere in that area and he will be sending me all my information but i would have to give him my checking account information.....the scarey thing is he already knew my address and everything about me my whole name. Ok here is the deal if it was a goverment agaency he would have told me a specific one, i would be contacted by more than one land line, and i would have gotten a recording of the Agencys information when i called back...........
Dont fall for this.

I have gotten several calls like 5 or 6 within a 2hour period from this number.  At first i didn't answer it because i don't answer calls i don't recognize.  Then after they kept calling i called it back and it said leave a message or send a fax.  I finally started answering it and they just hang up after i say hello twice.  This is a bunch of crap so you know it BS.

i receieved this call yesterday and didnt answer. curiously i answered today and it was a lady asking for me i didnt understand her so i asked who they wanted again . i said that it wasnt me and who was it.well i must have asked to many ?s because she hung up. definately B.S.
