Number on caller ID which could not be called back

I also got  call from this number and the caller ID said 'Homeland Security" on it, I answered it and they asked for someone that was wrong name than who lives here...

I got a call from them saying I had been chosen for a $1200 wireless home security system....

Call came today 7:35 PM  Like a Doofas I picked up.  I know better!!! Since the CID said "Homeland Security" I was curious.  I immediately hung up and blocked the number after hearing a heavily accented voice began to speak.  Con artists are steadily increasing...

Called did not leave a message. They also use telephone numbers 813-304-2249 and 813-304-2240.
