Just got the call.  This is the 3rd time I've received one of these windows scam calls.  He said they are seeing problems coming from my computer.  I asked him to prove it with my public IP address and he had no clue what it was.  Then I told him I only have an iPad.  He then disconnected the call.This is a SCAM!!!
