Missed a call from this number, and no message was left. When I looked it up on a few sites, it had no matches, which indicates to me it's a bogus number and was likely "Rachael from Cardholder Services," someone selling something I don't want, or some organization asking me to donate to a charity that will only get 10% of what I'd give.
Received this call & applied my simple equation:
Unknown caller "+" no msg left "=" SCAM
If u respond to these "phishing" calls u'll be "hooked" for more calls!!!
