File a complaint directing with the FCC, The Do Not Call list is worthless! If they get enough complaints about a certain number, the FCC will act on it. Save the Link and use often!
Call from 813-331-0318 with caller ID: Survey. . .yeah right. All these calls increase the closer to elections. I never answer any of them. The scammers realize that most people would be more likely to pickup for a political call than for a scam call. Not that there's much difference now days.
