This man called demanding to talk to our manager for office supplies. When I told him we went to Home Depot for things like that, he told me he was from Home Depot. When I called him out on the fact that his number wasn't coming up as being Home Depot, he claimed it was a cell phone, and told me "don't be ignorant m'am" and hung up on me.

Got a call from this number, same M.O. about familiarity with the office. When I started to ask questions about it, "Jennifer" told me that she just had a note on her desk to return this call. (As if someone from our company had called her) I gave her the shop supervisor's number and she ended up harassing him for days. They are super aggressive and no one should EVER use their services.
Got a call from a female who was really aggressive and wanted to talk to someone in our company and said a name. Luckily this person was not in the office which was told to the caller. She stated she was with a lighting company, and said really fast a name, and that it was important she speak with this person or we wouldnt get our product. Having dealt with toner scammers before i knew it was a scam at that point. Vendors dont say that. She then very rudely asked for his cell phone # because she had to get a hold of him right away. I explained that we don't do that, even if she would have asked nice, and that i could take a message. boy did she have an answer for everything... i was replied by a "that isn't going to work because i am leaving soon and my phone is about to die." I told her i didnt have any more answers for her and that she should change her attitude if she wanted help. To which she hung up 1/2 way through.
These are an office supplies call center that trick people into purchasing things. THEY ARE A SCAM!! Don't do business with these people.
Below is their corporate number. You can call them and get off the call list. But you have to trick them to let you get off the list. Say that you're calling about the promotion. Then they'll talk to you. After that, tell them you want your number of the list. Unless they think you are calling as a real customer, they will hang-up on you or act like they have no idea why you are calling. After mentioning "the promotion" they open up like the idiots they are!!
This fool called my job and asked to speak to the person who handles "maintenance," or the person who handles our fluorescent light bulbs. I told him that the property manager handles all that, so he asked for their number. I told him I couldn't give it out, and he says, "You will be in the dark tomorrow, have a nice day."
HAHA. Does he have special voodoo powers? Maybe!
There is a REASON these idiots are in the line of work they're in; it's called THEY'RE IDIOTS.
