Young lady named Nicki called to speak to our boss (used his first name only.  She said he should know her without extra info because they had spoken before.  He did not know her, asked me to take a message.  She  left her name Nicki and her phone number and says she will be in and out all day but tell him to give her a ring back when he is free.

gentleman with no name called to speak to the boss.  would provide information so I could redirect his call elsewhere.
